Customer Service Training, Act I
The desire for Customer Service training hit a chord last week when the Chamber of Commerce announced a free two hour training session to be held Wednesday, February 27. “Over 20 people signed up in the first 24 hours”, said Miranda Wenske, Chamber President, “and one local major employer asked if there was a company limit.” The session, which will be taught by Small Business Development Center advisor Donald Jirkovsky, will be for employees of all stripes: those who are front line customer-facing as well as their supervisors, managers and business owners.
The session will be held at the Community Center from 11am-1pm. A light lunch, provided at no cost by the Yoakum EDC, will be served. Contact the Chamber to RSVP by Friday, February 22 at 361-293-2309.
